Paul Tobias-Gibbins BA (Hons) MA FNAEA CRLM DEA - Director
Paul started M & P Estates in 1999 and is a fellow of the National Association of Estates Agents. Paul is dedicated to providing a personal service to his clients and is always striving to try to improve and develop the services that M & P Estates offers to its clients.
Sarah Tobias-Gibbins - Property / Office Manager
Sarah’s role at M & P Estates is to ensure that all office protocols and procedures are adhered to. Sarah has many roles at M & P Estates, including handling renewals and maintenance, and is always willing to lend a hand in order to support the smooth running of the company.
Janet Barnes - Accounts Department
Jan has worked with M & P Estates since 2003 and is an invaluable member of our team. Her main role is to run the financial side of the business but she is more than capable of assisting either the sales or lettings departments when required.
Sandra Killett - Secretary and Administrator
Sandra is a very thorough secretary and administrator. She is responsible for our web content and window cards, as well as our eye-catching property particulars. Her other tasks include keeping all our databases up to date and ensuring that our sales and lettings compliance is adhered to. Nothing gets past Sandra!
Liam Bird - Sales Negotiator and Sales Progressor
Liam joined the M & P Estates team in 2009 and his role is as Sales Negotiator and full time Sale Progressor. He is office based and, therefore, is always obtainable between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. This puts M & P Estates in the unique position of having a full time Sale Progressor which enables us to chase the various components that make up a sale. We have found that since Liam has been with us we have been able to provide our clients with a daily up to date and accurate report on the progress of their sale. In all, that has meant that we have been able to process sales far more quickly than our competitors.
MARTIN GREENNEY MAQ (Dip) - Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Martin has a dual role at M & P Estates, as both a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator. In addition Martin has twenty-five years experience as a qualified Independent Mortgage Consultant. The skills that he brings to the M & P Estates team enables us to provide to our clients an all round service. Martin is not only able to provide mortgage advice for our vendors, but is also able to provide mortgage advice and assistance to potential purchasers.
Jason Morris - Part Time Sales Negotiator
Jason has been a part time Sales Negotiator with M & P Estates since October 2008. Jason is currently studying Business Studies at college and is hoping to go on to university. His role at M & P Estates is to provide, on a weekly basis, a vendor report and keep vendors informed of what is happening in the market and any changes that may affect their property or property prices.
