Paul Tobias-Gibbins BA MA FARLA FNAEA CRLM DEA - Director
Paul started M & P Estates in 1999 and is a Fellow of the National Association of Estates Agents (NAEA) and a Fellow of Association Of Residental Letting Agents (ARLA). Paul is dedicated to providing a personal service to his clients and is always striving to try to improve and develop the services that M & P Estates offers to its clients.
Sarah Tobias-Gibbins - Property / Office Manager
Sarah’s role at M & P Estates is to ensure that all office protocols and procedures are adhered to. Sarah has many roles at M & P Estates, including handling renewals and maintenance, and is always willing to lend a hand in order to support the smooth running of the company.
Janet Barnes - Accounts Department
Jan has worked with M & P Estates since 2003 and is an invaluable member of our team. Her main role is to run the financial side of the business but she is more than capable of assisting either the sales or lettings departments when required.
Sandra Killett - Secretary and Administrator
Sandra is a very thorough secretary and administrator. She is responsible for our web content and window cards, as well as our eye-catching property particulars. Her other tasks include keeping all our databases up to date and ensuring that our sales and lettings compliance is adhered to. Nothing gets past Sandra!
Martin Greenney MAQ (Dip) - Senior Sales Negotiator
Martin's role at M & P Estates is as a Senior Sales Negotiator. He has twenty-five years experience and brings to M & P Estates an in-depth knowledge of the property market.
Alice Baker - Senior Lettings Negotiator
Alice has been in the lettings industry for the last six years. She originally started at M & P Estates through the Governments Trident Work Experience programme and day release from college when she was introduced to the lettings business. She has recently returned to M & P Estates in the position of Senior Lettings Negotiator after having three years experience in another local company where she has built up a broad knowledge of both lettings and the area of Thurrock.
Alice is currently on the technical award for ARLA, the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and will be taking her exams in July 2012. We are pleased to welcome her back as part of our developing team.
Zoe Smith - Senior Lettings Negotiator / Administrator
Zoe has been working in the industry for eight years and started at M & P Estates during her school years, coming to us through the Governments Trident Work Experience programme and a Saturday job. After leaving school Zoe went on to college where she worked in our office on day release, gaining the essential skills necessary. Zoe then went on to become an Assistant Manager at a well known letting company in Dartford and has returned to our company to join our team. She is a member of ARLA, the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and she has an in-depth knowledge of lettings and the lettings industry.
Ria Shanley - Part Time Administrator
Ria joined M & P Estates through the Governments Trident Work Experience programme and then day release from college and has worked for us on a part-time basis whilst studying at Southampton University for a degree in Accounts and Business. She has a good sound knowledge of both Lettings and Sales and is a valued member of our team.
Harry Cox - Part Time Office Junior
Our most junior member of staff who has recently joined our team on a part-time basis, working Saturdays whilst still at school. He joined M & P Estates after doing a two week work experience placement with us and we are hoping he will go on to do as Alice Baker, Zoe Smith and Ria Shanley have done.
