Sales Negotiator
BASIC SALARY: £16,000 OTE: £25/27,000

We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated SALES NEGOTIATOR to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who already has a career in property but now wants to join a growing team in a fast-paced environment based in South Ockendon, Essex. If you were successful in gaining a position with us, you would be joining a team who have recently been voted “The Best Estate Agent RM15 Post Code and South Ockendon”

To be successful in our organisation you must be able to work in a fast moving commission- based sales environment and have the energy and drive to get the job done whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service.

You will be self-motivated and able to work effectively both in a team and on your own. A great work ethic and equally great communication skills, both face to face and over the phone are essential. You will be well presented, organised and have the ability to consistently maintain a high standard of work under pressure as we expect you to see the job through from start to finish, complete your own sales and sale progress your own properties.

As part of this exciting role you will also be responsible for:

  • Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
  • Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Showing people around properties in the local area

You will also have strong administration and IT skills including data input.

Ideally you will have at least 2 year’s estate agency experience, particularly in sales negotiation and be completely at ease with the complexities of selling a house and have the full knowledge and understanding of industry regulations. Local knowledge is desirable.

We will offer to the successful applicant, in-house and external training to develop their negotiation skills and interpersonal skills to their full potential.

A full and clean driving licence and car are essential for this role.
