Affordability

It helps to review your finances to determine what deposit and monthly rental level you can afford before looking for a property. The formula currently used is based on the following: times the annual rent of £12,000 x 2.5 = £30.000 gross income for individuals on PAYE or Self-employed, the figure would be based on Net Profit.

Property Application & Reservation Fee

When you find a home that suits your needs, we’ll ask that you complete an application form, and anyone over the age of 18 who will be living with you will need to do so too!

A refundable holding deposit to reserve the property, equivalent to one week’s rent, is payable. Click on the link to see our Terms & Conditions

Timescales

It usually takes a minimum of 7 working days before you can move into your property; However, all parties will make every effort to accommodate your moving date. Unfortunately, no guarantees can be made.
